HOUSE HOURS! (:
A) Details
What it is: sign up to be a helper for sports fest this year (which includes 6 heats and the actual day)
When: February 25th, 26th, 28th, March 3rd, 4th, 5th. 3.30-6.30pm
Where: RGS or RJC
What they get: 3 house hours (!!!)
Who: 60 helpers needed in total
B) Rules
No leaving halfway (either stay for whole thing and get the hours or dont come)
Don't come unless you are called (like house prac policy)
If sign up then cannot make it, must tell us 3 days in advance, if not send someone in replacement.
Remember to bring house card or else house hours invalid.
C) Misc
To sign up, go to Buckle's board or email me at amanda.khy@hotmail.com with these details:
1. Date(s) of heats signed up for
2. Name
3. Class
4. Home Number
5. Handphone Number
6. Email address
If you've already signed up at the board, you don't need to sign up again.
If you have any questions, email shonaloong@hotmail.com or thong92@hotmail.com, or drop a note in the 411 class tray.
Sign ups will close on the 5th of Feb at 1pm.
